Wrentham’s Fire Department is asking everyone to be extra careful right now. Dry conditions across the region have created a serious risk for brush fires, and with nearly 50 fires already burning across the state, it’s important to stay alert.
Fire Chief Antonio Marino shared that 18 of those fires were reported in just the last day. With so many dry leaves and dead grass on the ground, it doesn’t take much to spark a fire that can quickly spread.
